Everybody Rides Metro (ERM) is the nation’s first foundation dedicated to public transit for low-income riders in Greater Cincinnati.
In almost all cases, these subsidies help low-income riders reach work-related destinations, such as public transit for job skills, job training, job interviews, various exams as a condition of employment, transit to and from work, and day care transit related to work – until these lower-income citizens earn their first few paychecks.
Everybody Rides Metro works with more than 90 social service agencies in Greater Cincinnati to help ensure temporary public transit to and from jobs and to and from work-related activities.
“Bus fares are in high demand at our agency because transportation is crucial to holding a job. Without help in the first few weeks of employment, many would fail. This program is a Godsend!” - Partner Agency
